MITCH.

JIVAMUKTI

Mitch is an 800hr Advanced certified Jivamukti teacher of Jivamukti Yoga, a Physical, Ethical and Spiritual practice, drawing on a background of Ashtanga yoga and incorporating an effective modern approach to the teachings of Yoga. Movement and Breath are used as tools to harmonise the Body and Mind. Our sacred connection to the Breath is given the priority throughout all of Mitch’s classes. Understanding mindfulness to establish a strong foundation of inner peace is the outcome of consistent, regular and devoted practice.

ANNA.

JIVAMUKTI · VINYASA · HATHA YOGA  

Anna was introduced to Yoga from a young age by her mother, an Iyengar teacher. During her travels in 2016, she started to connect more deeply with the practice & since then has completed her 200hr Hatha YTT, a 50hr Creative Sequencing course & most recently, her 300hr Jivamukti YTT. Although influenced by many styles, Jivamukti Yoga – a method based on a path to enlightenment through compassion for all beings – is where Anna has found her passion. Anna considers her classes to be creative yet introspective, placing a strong focus on harmonizing breath & movement, and physically challenging oneself while honouring the body’s physical capabilities & needs.

 YULI.

DHARMA · MANDALA VINYASA

Yuli is vibrant, intuitive, energetic & curious yogini  who imparts her  passion for life and well-being in her teaching. Her style pulls from multiple yogic disciplines, and is both intuitive and steeped in the traditional aspects of yoga. Her classes focus on the idea of “witness observer attitude”, meditation in movement. She sees the Yoga as a path to explore our inner selves and elevate our consciousness. Working as a facilitator in Dharma yoga, Hatha Raja, Cyoga, Aerial yoga, she has experience guiding Yoga Nidra and Kriya yoga. She is also the founder of the “Ayama Wheel”method, and a Peak Pilates Mat & Studio instructor.

 PAULINA.

LUNAR YOGA · YIN · TANTRA 

Paulina discovered yoga as a spiritual practice while living in Bali. She completed several YTTCs in India, focusing on Vinyasa, Hatha, and Tantra. As a yoga teacher and intuitive artist, she creates a link between creativity, divine femininity, and moon astrology. Through her Restorative and Lunar Yoga classes, Paulina invites her students to connect to their higher self. Her monthly moon gatherings empower women to connect to their inner goddess, honor their cycle and discover their creative potential in a safe space.

 Shelley.

TANTRA · HATHA · VINYASA

Shelley is a plant medicine therapist and a 600 hr certified Yoga Teacher.
Humbled by the sensitivity and intuition that the practice brought into her life, she immersed deeper in the roots of the yogic path by going to India for a 300 hour YTT in Vinyasa Flow. As a teacher, she integrates her psychology background, honoring the emotions to connect deeply with the physical body.
“We embody the asana by following the breath”. The breath is connected to every emotion in the body. “E-motion” is energy in motion; by aligning movement and breath we open the body and liberate the mind. Her practice and teaching’s are designed to access “flow state”. Explore the depth of your body through a powerful and energizing practice that invites your inner child to express.

 AMY.

CORE & ASS · HONEY HOUSE 

Amy is a Californiana-Sevillana beekeeper, and Shanti Vida’s Core&Ass teacher. She runs Honey House Barcelona and is very excited to pour honey alllll over our beautiful community. Honey, 100% beeswax candles, Jun (honey kombucha), and soon–MEAD (Hidromiel) will all be available at Shanti. If you love HIIT classes, join Amy for Core&Ass Mondays and Wednesdays at 18hr.

MARIE.

Jivamukti 


Marie Montocchio was born in Cambrai, France. She is a great traveler, she has lived in Paris, Athens, Edinburgh and has finally decided to nest in Barcelona. Her work has been fed by the multicultural encounters that she has experienced.

Passionate about yoga, Marie is a certified Jivamukti teacher and is dedicated to transmitting this practical philosophy of life through her classes and the way of living of it. In her Jivamukti Yoga classes she creates a lot of peace and space so that each practitioner can expand and empower themselves from her sensitivity and humility.

 ALICE.

GODDESS HOUR


Having trained as a vinyasa yoga teacher in 2015 Alice has spent the last 7 years creating practices for people to journey deep within themselves and return to their essence. A full body passion for dance and sensual movement led her to create Goddess Hour at Shanti Vida. She adores conjuring up beautiful, feminine practices that help women to reconnect to their sensuality, reignite their vitality and harness the epic power they have!

 LIANA.

PRENATAL · POSTNATAL 

Liana Hébrard, has been trained in various styles of Yoga: Yin, Hatha, Jivamukti and Vinyasa by her mentor, Jai Sugrim. She became a mother in 2021 and got certified as a Pre and Post Natal Yoga teacher. Her classes focus on connecting with breath, movement and intention in an energetic and deeply way. She guides her students to find their inner power and to use their force to build a more human connection in their relationships with others and with themselves.

 RAPHA.

CHIROPRACTOR

Before becoming a Chiropractor, Raphael Miranda was a martial arts professional athlete. After a serious spinal injury caused by the multiple and inherent impacts of competing in high-level martial arts, he discovered that Chiropractic was the only way to get back to high-performance competition. From the patient’s standpoint, Rapha fell in love with Chiropractic practices, so some years later he decided to go to Chiropractic College to become a Doctor of Chiropractic and Functional Neurology. Currently, his passion is to educate people regarding their spinal and nervous system health to live expressing 100% of their potential.

 DESIREA.

CONSCIOUS CONCIERGE 

As the founder of Shanti Vida Creative Yoga Hub, Desirea is passionate about sharing good vibes and creating a healing connection. Desirea is Shanti’s conscious concierge, meaning she designs personal programs for growth and wellness, empowering you to become the designer of your life. She supports you and attunes to a unique creative process of discovery. She is dedicated to the practice of yoga, breathwork, meditation, motivational coaching (NLP) and supports medicinal plant journeys. Shanti Vida (peaceful life) is her precious wish for all beings: a wish for peace in life.

CRIS.

POWER VINYASA

Cris discovered the practice of yoga in 2015, which was a transformation in her life and prompted her to leave a full-time job as an architect to dedicate herself entirely to Yoga, her true passion. It was the beginning of a quest towards self-knowledge from the standpoint of well-being and love for both life and herself. For Cris, Yoga is flowing with the present moment. Meditation in motion. Breathing and connection. Besides strength and flexibility, Yoga has given Cris’ mind and body the balance she always looked for. Moreover, Yoga provided her the tools to overcome insecurities and fears that limited her potential.
